As the designer for over twenty years of Andrea's Beau, a hair ornament company, I've found an easy and attractive way to store hard and soft headbands by covering a fat roll of paper towels (or remove some of the bulk if you want it smaller) with a pretty fabric and stuff the ends of the material into the tube holes on either side. Top the ends off with a large flower or oversized button and you've got a lovely headband display!
