New Internet marketing tools are coming online each and every day. Why should you care? Mainly because these new marketing tools can have a dramatic impact on your online traffic, leads and sales. So much so, your online competitiveness can greatly depend on you finding and using these new marketing tools before everyone else does.
And as Internet marketing grows more and more lucrative, it is becoming more competitive each day, so staying aware of what’s happening has become vital to your online success. OK, so in case you haven’t heard yet a Virtual Assistant (VA) is a real, live person who is highly skilled in their niche business market segment. Yes, a real live person! Blogging is so much fun and the reading is even more fun. But if you don’t have a system, it can get overwhelming very quickly. Especially if you’ve made lots of friends and you’re in a blog community.
I always recommend that you use a feed aggregator like Google Reader (my first choice) or Bloglines. It is very easy to keep adding more and more feeds until you have over 100 and don’t know whether you’re coming or going anymore!

I regularly post to 6 blogs and because I didn’t want to get overwhelmed, I devised a system that works for me and will probably work for you too whether you post to one or more than one blog.
These are the ways I plan my blog posts:
1. I have a Word document called blogging for the week. This is where I plan most of my posts for the week ahead. When you start this - if you start this – you’ll be one week behind but after that it’s easy.
