There are thousands of organizing books on the market. In fact, a search for books on Amazon.com using the keyword “organizing” yields over 160,000 results, which tells us, if nothing else, that there are thousands of people out there who consider themselves experts in this area.

I read a great book on the way to Fremont, Never Eat Alone by Keith Ferrazzi with Tahl Raz. I highly recommend it. Although I network a lot, it was an inspirational refresher. It is about networking (the people kind, not the computer kind: although I am an advocate of both).
As a time management person, I often choose to eat alone. And I choose fast restaurants (not fast food) when I do eat with others. Ferrazzi understands good time use. He often eats with groups of people.

For a long time, I believed Microsoft Outlook(R) to be a powerful yet highly underutilized time management tool, but was frustrated because the courses I took covered only the basics, and none of the books I read went sufficiently in depth to satisfy my desire to use this program to its full capacity. Then I discovered Sally McGhee’s book, Take Back Your Life! which outlines steps for creating a system to help you to maximize productivity and take control of your personal and professional life.
